Why price on partners instead of seats?
Because partners are the unit of value, not internal users. Every other tool (Frame.io, Dropbox, Asana) prices on seats and punishes you when collaborator counts explode. We flipped it: your team is free to grow, your partner count is what scales with you.
What counts as an 'active' partner?
A partner company you've collected from or delivered to in the last 90 days. A frozen archive doesn't count against your quota, and you can always re-activate anyone with one click.
Do I pay for extra storage?
Starter is hard-capped at 25 GB. Pro, Business, and Scale include overage at $0.06, $0.05, and $0.04 per GB/mo respectively. We don't block uploads mid-project. You just see the line item next month. Most teams never hit overage; the typical project is under 10 GB.
What's the setup fee for?
Business and Scale customers get custom template provisioning, brand-kit import from their existing tools, partner list migration from spreadsheets/CRMs, and team training. We've seen workspace onboarding go from 4 weeks to 5 days with this. Starter and Pro skip it (they're self-serve).
What does year one actually cost on Business?
All-in, no surprises: $2,490 on annual billing (2 months free) or $2,988 monthly, plus the $1,500 one-time onboarding = $3,990 (annual) or $4,488 (monthly) in year one. Year two drops to just the subscription.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time, in your billing portal. Annual customers get 2 months free baked in. Downgrades pro-rate; upgrades kick in immediately.
Do my partners pay anything?
Never. Your partners don't even create an account. They get a link, they click, they upload or download. No login, no subscription, no trial.
What about AI costs on the free plan?
Free plan has ZERO AI calls so we can never run up a bill on your behalf. The full product still works without AI: spec validation (bleed, DPI, CMYK, dimensions, LUFS), branded intake links, templates, library, audit log, recipient inbox. AI unlocks on Starter ($39/mo): 25 template generations + 25 asset analyses + 50 content validations per month via Cloudflare Workers AI (Llama 3.3 70B). Business ($249/mo) and Scale add Anthropic Claude for higher-quality extraction. When a cap is hit, deterministic checks still run and the upload still lands.
What about legal/compliance?
Collections support role-gated visibility out of the box. Contracts are admin-only by default. Enterprise adds legal hold, audit exports, and SOC 2 if you need it. Talk to us for pharma, defense, regulated marketing.
