Every year, an uncounted percentage of contracted creative work never lands. Not because partners don't pay, but because nobody built the tool that collects it, validates it, and delivers it on time.
Dropbox folders get lost. Email threads bury specs. Review tools need logins. GoBrief is the answer to all three at once: one branded link per partner, validation at the moment of upload, delivery tracking on the other side.
Who built it
Built in Nashville. Built by the problem.
GoBrief is built in Nashville by a team that ran live events, music cycles, and sponsor activations the hard way. We got tired of the chase. So we built the tool we wished existed, then made it universal enough that labels, agencies, franchises, publishers, sports teams, and conference organizers use the same primitive.
Our bet: the operational layer for creative is as underbuilt today as the project management layer was in 2010. Somebody gets to build the category. We plan to.
What we believe
The non-employee is the user.
Every SaaS competitor is built for people inside the walls. GoBrief is the first built so the sponsor, the artist, the franchisee, the advertiser (the person on the other side) never has to sign up.
Specs are the product.
Validation at the moment of upload is worth more than any review tool ever built. Bleed, color, DPI, format, variants: caught before the file leaves their hands, never after.
Price on partners, not seats.
Your team is free to grow. Your partner count is the unit of value. Everything else is a seat-tax that punishes scale.
